Refund policy

Should there be an error in preparing your order, or should you not be satisfied with one of our products, please contact us by email at vente@lepetitmas.ca or by phone at 819 501-8747.

Returns are accepted within 5 days following date of shipping by Le Petit Mas in some condition only.

If the garlic has been manipulated (to make seeds for example), no return will be accepted.

No returns will be accepted unless a previous agreement has been made with Le Petit Mas.

The cost of returning merchandise and reshipping charges, where applicable, will be charged to the customer.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
