General Conditions
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Damaged or altered products will not be accepted.

Reasons for Return and Solutions
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@lepetitmas.ca or by phone at +1 (819) 501-8747. Please provide clear photos of the damage, including:
- A photo of the entire product.
- Close-up photos of the damaged areas.
- A photo of the original packaging.
- A photo of the shipping label. We will offer a replacement, a full refund, or store credit, depending on your preference. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Order Error: If we made an error in preparing your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product or provide a full refund.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the items at your own expense. A refund of the purchase price will be issued once the items are received and inspected. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been handled, used, or damaged by the customer are non-returnable.
- Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable (to be specified).
