Shipping policy

Delivery Times

  • Orders within Canada:

    • Garlic Reservations (Summer Period): Orders are processed and shipped during September and October, based on the volume of reservations received. Orders are processed in the order they are reserved.
    • Seed Orders (over 1000 CAD): The customer's presence or a prior agreement with Le Petit Mas is required for receipt. A delivery notice will be sent 24 hours before shipment. Shipment is conditional upon receipt of full payment.
    • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via ground services of Canada Post, Nationex, or Bourret transport, at the discretion of Le Petit Mas. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Le Petit Mas is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. In case of significant delay, please contact our customer service.

  • Orders within the United States:

    • Processed Products (Black Garlic, Oils, Powders, etc.): Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Shipments are made via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (ground service), at the discretion of Le Petit Mas. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Le Petit Mas is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs. A tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders within Canada:

    • Quebec: Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
      • Canada Post Preferred Rate: Calculated based on postal code and package weight.
      • Fixed Rate (25 CAD): Applicable if Canada Post rate is higher, at the discretion of the carrier by Le Petit Mas.
      • Free Shipping: Offered for orders of 250 CAD or more.
    • Rest of Canada: Canada Post Preferred Rate, calculated based on postal code and package weight.
    • Farm Pickup: Option available at online checkout. An email notification will be sent when the order is ready for pickup. Please check opening hours before traveling.

  • Orders within the United States:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and are displayed at checkout.
    • Customs duties and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility. Le Petit Mas is not responsible for delays attributable to customs procedures.

General Provisions

  • Delivery Address: The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address. Le Petit Mas is not responsible for address errors.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each order, allowing the customer to track the package's progress on the carrier's website.
